I disagree with the conclusion.  Jews are not good at acting in their long term interest.  The current relationship between Jews and America is basically like The Scorpion and the Frog.

If Turkey attacked Israel, America would have a big problem because Turkey is in NATO.  I think in this case, America would just be forced to make Israel beg for peace.
